In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in production, improve the level of skills, enhance team cohesion, promote target management and corporate culture, Twinsel 2020 "Labor Skill Competition" kicked off in Meilin plant on May 26.
It is reported that this competition is divided into individual events and team events. The individual competition items are light strip sticking of panel lamp , labeling of finished panel lamp, solar panel fixing by dispensing, lock circuit board, wire welding of solar panel and fixing of LED lamp holder. The players entered the filed in sequence. In the competition, they completed the prescribed action attentively, calmly and flexibly, giving full play to the hard-working spirit of unwillingness to fall behind and forge ahead with determination. Within the stipulated time, all the operation items were completed with high level. After completing the individual competition, the four participating teams conducted the team competition "1435A Assembly" in the lamp workshop.
Following the competition in Meilin plant, "Labor Skill Competition" of the Science and Technology Park plant was in full swing on May 27. The competition was divided into 6 individual competitions, including module welding rework, module lamination, module lamination rework, riveting cable of junction box, junction box riveting wire tinning and junction box winding coil & binding. In the intense and fierce competition, all the contestants had vigorously exerted their talents and devoted themselves to the competition.
On May 27, Twinsel 2020 "Labor Skill Competition" ended successfully. In order to continuously improve the skills of employees, skills training will be strengthened constantly to improve the quality of the talent team and promote the progressive development of enterprise!
